Reimbursement
As soon as we receive your refund request, we will carefully review the services that were not provided to you. If you did not receive the services you paid for, we will contact you regarding a refund via the same payment method used to pay for the services! Depending on the payment method, this may take some time.
Late or missed payments
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact the bank that issued your credit card. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account. If you’ve done all of this but still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Replacement
